Bucholz McEvoy Lunchtime Talk: Craftitecture at Electric Picnic - Wed 31st August 2011

Last Wednesday 31st August at PLACE Merritt Bucholz presented a lunch time talk on the 'Cruth Curach' pavillion at this years Electric Picnic event. The pavilion is a fusion of architecture and craftsmanship to celebrate and highlight the Year of Craft 2011. The innovative space was commissioned by the Crafts Council of Ireland and the Irish Architecture Foundation, designed by Bucholz McEvoy Architects and hand built by the Galway School of Boat Builders to host numerous events during Electric Picnic 2011.
